  • product description:　　Poliomyelitis is a disease caused by Poliovirus (PV). It is an acute intestinal infectious disease mainly reflecting in limb paralysis and affecting children under five years old. As a worldwide and extremely harmful acute infectious disease, poliomyelitis doesn’t have specific treatment. Poliomyelitis can be divided into three serum types including type I, II and III without cross immunity among them. In view of the current prevention of poliomyelitis, SCUVI takes advantage of BEVS and solves the key problem of the VLPs expression and assembly. SCUVI obtain the strains which have efficient VLPs expression including PV type I, II and III, and verify the satisfactory immunogenicity of the VLPs.
